Our Upper School is where ambition finds its fullest expression. Our pupils follow the rigorous Cambridge Programmes guided by specialist teachers with deep subject expertise and a proven record of results. With a 97% diploma pass rate and consistent placement in universities across Europe and beyond, our track record speaks for itself. But academic outcomes are only part of the story. Our Upper School pupils are expected to think independently, engage critically with the world around them, and leave SAIS not just with excellent results, but with the character and clarity of purpose to make the most of what comes next.
In our newly refurbished Palace Building pupils will have a renovated sense of accountability as well as independence and mobility. Our goal is that they will remain very much connected to our main Campus I at Avenida Sabóia as they dribble down for full school assemblies or fundraising and social work activities as usual. However, being lectured in this new location, SAIS Diploma pupils will have the Upper School Team fully centred on their specific needs. Various subject options, and even smaller groups will enable our incredible teacher-pupil ration to be further enhanced in a way we can harness their stamina for future university education.
