Mr. Adam O’Connor comes to us with twenty years of teaching and leadership experience and is the Assistant Head of Academics. He oversees curriculum development, staff professional development and academic standards across the school
Our SAIS Coordinators ensure the smooth running of school life across all Key Stages, from Primary to A Levels. They manage schedules, support staff and students, oversee academic and pastoral needs, and coordinate the weekly flow of school life, fostering collaboration and a positive learning environment.
Our Heads of Teams lead academic staff across a wide range of subjects, bringing expertise and strong leadership to their departments. They design a well-sequenced, research-informed curriculum and support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and enriching learning experiences. They ensure strong progression within the English National Curriculum, IGCSE, and A-Levels|AICE DIPLOMA, driving academic excellence across the school.
